Sanskrit is an Indian language, quite old, it is used in some sacred texts.
The writing of Sanskrit works by phonemes, to write it, the Indians use the Devanagari, a syllabary alphabet where each symbol represents a syllable.
The main symbols of Sanskrit writing include consonants and vowels (rarely used alone).

Sanskrit is a living language, still spoken in some villages in India, it is not decoded, it is translated.
Example: संस्कृतम् is translated Sanskrit
Sanskrit is made up of elaborate symbols formed of curves and lines, the words being linked by a horizontal line located at the top.
The Sanskrit symbols being quite different from the letters used in English, they are sometimes diverted to make believe in a coded message.
All references to India, its sacred texts or to the Devanagari alphabet are clues.
There is no hard and fast rule on how to draw the horizontal bar in Sanskrit/Devanagari handwriting, it often comes down to the personal preference and comfort of the writer.
— Pre-tracing: some people first trace the horizontal bar continuously, then add the syllables below, this can make the writing more fluid and allow better control of the shape of the bar.
— Draw as you go: Other writers prefer to write the syllables first and add the horizontal bar above it last, this can sometimes result in less even bars.
— Combination of the two: Some writers combine the two methods by drawing a slight guide line for the horizontal bar, then thickening and styling it once the syllables are written underneath.
