A DNS record is information linked to a domain name (and by extension to a website), it is often technical data allowing communication with the domain name (its address, protocols / certificates etc.)
Information and all DNS records for a domain are registered on a DNS server. The list of possible values in the format name (identifier) is:

The best known DNS servers are Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 or Google 8.8.8.8, or even the default ones from your Internet service provider.

Except explicit open source licence (indicated Creative Commons / free), the "DNS Records" algorithm, the applet or snippet (converter, solver, encryption / decryption, encoding / decoding, ciphering / deciphering, translator), or the "DNS Records" functions (calculate, convert, solve, decrypt / encrypt, decipher / cipher, decode / encode, translate) written in any informatic language (Python, Java, PHP, C#, Javascript, Matlab, etc.) and all data download, script, or API access for "DNS Records" are not public, same for offline use on PC, tablet, iPhone or Android !
