Tool to calculate a Pythagorean number in numerology for a given name or word by associating with each letter a value between 1 and 9.

Answers to Questions

How to calculate a value with Pythagoras?

Pythagorean numerology uses the word value for a name or a word. This pythagorician numerologic computation consists of adding the values of each of its letters in a table. Each of the 26 letters of the alphabet is associated with a number between 1 and 9 (in ascending order) A=1, B=2, ..., I=9, J=1, K=2, ..., R=9, S=1, ... Z=8

Example: Pythagorean value for DCODE is 4+3+6+4+5=22

The value can be calculated for a first name alone, for a last name alone, or for both at the same time.

If needed, it is possible to use recursive reduction to have a single digit.

Example:12=>2+1=>3
